I was born in Kampala, Uganda with roots in Ghana’s Bono Region. I’ve co-founded an IT company that’s been serving clients for over two decades, launched a family-run property business, and lead weekly movement and cold immersion sessions to build resilience in community.

I believe legacy isn’t what you leave behind, it’s what you build into others—intentionally, every day.

This video was filmed during our tiger safari in Pench National Park, India, as part of our 11-month family adventure. Each video in this series captures special moments from that journey. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to have traveled and to now share these experiences through this video blog series.

This video is from a boat trip that my CTO, Benzir, helped me organize—a houseboat experience off the coast of Kochi. During the journey, I came across some beautiful music, likely religious, playing from the shore. I filmed it as an acknowledgment of the beauty in cultural differences and the richness they bring to our experiences.

This video captures a special 50th birthday gift from my brother-in-law, Darren, and Carmen. They arranged for me to drive an M5 on a track in Dubai—a big change from my usual family car, a Volkswagen Sharan. I’m not a speed enthusiast, but it was an exciting experience, one I enjoyed and happily checked off my list before returning to life with my family wagon.

This video was filmed off the coast of Oman, where we were privileged to spend time together as a family completing our PADI diving certification. It was our very first outing as a newly certified family of six—myself, my wife, and our four kids—all diving together for the first time. A truly memorable milestone in our journey.
